In September 1938 while addressing a district conference of the Depressed Classes at Masur, Dr Ambedkar categorically caste aside any idea of his joining the labour movement led by the communists. In that speech, he was reported to have declared:
‘It is absolutely impossible for me to keep relations with the communists. I am an implacable enemy of the Communists.’

सितंबर 1938 में मसूर में पिछडे वर्गोके एक जिला सम्मेलन के दौरान डो. आंबेडकर ने स्पष्ट रूप से साम्यवादियों के नेतृत्व में चल रहे श्रम आंदोलन में शामिल नही होने की बात अपने संबोधन में जाहीर कि थी।
आंबेडकर ने कहा था - ''कम्युनिस्टों के साथ संबंध रखना मेरे लिए यह बिल्कुल असंभव है। मैं कम्युनिस्टों का एक शापित दुश्मन हूं। ''
