The Petition to exclude Creamy Layer among SC/ST is filed in Supreme Court by Samata Andolan Samiti as per dairy No.39928 & WP No.0002/2018 ( the organisation formed by Anti-Reservationist in the name of SC/ST employees itself ) on dt.6-7th December 2017. There are 10 Class - 4 employees who filed petition headed by Rakesh Kumar ( SC), Kalu Lal Bhil(ST) along with another 8 petitioners belong to SC category. All are working as peon/ wardboy on the contractual basis. There is no any effect on them due to the reservation in promotion.But Anti Reservationist used them against their own community to harm reservation in promotion. See how the Brahminical Forces & particularly the Brahminical Unions using our own people against Reservation. This is the effect of the fact that yet maximum SC/ST employees are the members of the anti-Reservationist unions. Pl. note that all the unions which are silent on reservation issue, are proved as anti-Reservationist.
Now the question is whether the employees belonging to SC/ST will quit such unions & the people who discuss on this issue will use their efforts to do so?
After the judgement of M.Nagraj, all anti-Reservationist are aggressively active & though there are no economic criteria for reservation to SC/ST as per Constitution, then also they are repeatedly filing the petition to introduce creamy layer. Before this, they also filed the same petition in the name of O.P.Shukla in 2012 , but it is dismissed. Now they are again trying.
We are aware well of all these tactics & concentrating in Supreme Court to dismiss this Anti Constitutional matter through our learned Lawyer.
But what if, creamy layer introduced to SC ST. Wait for tomorrow.
